ICES is a full service tradeshow and events contractor headquartered in Honolulu and with a satellite office on Maui. We provide tradeshow décor, audio visual, lighting, rigging, staging, custom décor & electrical services for any size event. We also have a graphics shop at our Honolulu location that’s capable of digital & vinyl signs, custom banners, etc.... Our staff is trained and certified to operate equipment, regularly participate in safety and new product training.

ICES has been servicing conventions and events of all sizes and complexity throughout Hawai`i for over eleven years. Many of our contracts are handled directly with event planners, show producers and business and trade associations. We also partner with many of the major mainland event contractors: GES, Freeman, Champion, GeoFern, Hargrove and Brede to name a few. Today ICES is proud to hold the distinction of Hawaii’s largest, locally owned, full service, Event and Trade Show contractor.
