Hosted Planner

PRIME2010 is limited to a select group of decision-making qualified planners who:

• Have site-selection/negotiation responsibilities
• Have had past, or have existing or potential business for Hawai`i, Asia, and Oceania
• Use off-shore destinations
• Plan/organize meetings, conferences, incentives of an international scope
• Have members or affiliates in the Asia Pacific Region

To be considered as a Hosted Planner, you must complete the Hosted Planner Qualification Form and submit online by April 30.

Selected Hosted Planners

Once you submit your Hosted Planner Qualification Form, our Selection Committee will review your application for approval. Once approved, you will receive a follow-up email to complete the Travel Registration and Confirmation process.

The Hosted Planners fee of $450 (plus airline tax & airport surcharge), covers the following:

• Roundtrip Transpacific air travel to Hawai`i
• Interisland airfare to an island of choice for the Post-Site Excursion
• Hosted Planners also receive the following complimentary for both Business Exchange and Post-Site Excursion:
  • Hotel Accommodations
  • Ground Transportation
  • Meals & Social Functions
  • Recreational Activities & Tours

The guest registration fee of $600 (plus airline tax & airport surcharge), includes the same as above.

PRIME2010, the 13th Annual PRIME event, will be held during the week of September 21, 2010.
