PRIME2012 is limited to a select group of decision-making qualified planners. The PRIME Premier Partners make a major investment to insure the highest possible R.O.I.
The Hosted Planner fee of $500 (plus airline tax & airport surcharges)includes all of the following:
- Planner’s roundtrip transpacific air travel to Hawai`i
- 4 nights hotel accommodations at host Waikiki hotel during the
PRIME Business Exchange (November 27-December 1, 2012)
- Arrival and departure transfers / ground transportation
- Organized meals & social functions
- MPI CEU Educational Sessions
Post Site Island Excursion
- Interisland air for Post Selected-Island Site Excursion
(either Big Island of Hawai`i, Kaua`i, Lana`i or Maui)
- 2 nights hotel accommodations (December 1-3)
- Ground transportation
- Organized meals and social functions
- Optional hosted activities/tours
A Guest/Spouse is welcome to attend, for a special guest registration fee of $650 (plus airline tax & airport surcharges) and includes the same as listed above.

To be considered as a Hosted Planner:
- You must complete the Hosted Planner Qualification Form and submit it online.
- Once we have received your Hosted Planner Qualification Form, our Selection Committee will review your application for approval.
- Once approved, you will receive a follow-up confirmation and instructions to complete the Travel Registration process.
