PRIME is an innovative appointment based meetings industry event that combines pre-scheduled business appointments, site inspections of the various destinations, and networking opportunities with industry professionals from across the Asia-Pacific Region, including Hawai`i. The purpose is to conduct business, network, and learn how to make your meetings more successful. The purpose is for meeting planners and industry suppliers to conduct business and develop new business partnerships and skills.
Central to PRIME is the Business Exchange. The PRIME2012 Business Exchange will be held in Honolulu, O`ahu, Hawai`i over the dates of November 28-December 1.
- Pre-scheduled Appointments: During the Business Exchange, planners will meet one-on-one at pre-scheduled appointments with their choice of industry suppliers from Hawai`i, Asia and Oceania as well as network with other professional planners and suppliers during the social events.
- Networking during the social events provides a tremendous opportunity to develop relationships and connect you with at least 300 professionals that do business throughout the Asia-Pacific region including Hawai`i.
The PRIME2012 post site inspection excursions will be held over the dates of December 1-3. Planners have a choice to experience firsthand either the Big Island of Hawai`i, Kaua`i, Lana`i or Maui.
